Instructions
- 1 Rinse quinoa well under cold water. Cook in 300ml water with a pinch of salt for 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes covered, then fluff with a fork.
- 2 Roast the pepper under the broiler until the skin is black, 10-12 minutes, turning regularly. Place in a bowl covered with foil and let steam for 10 minutes. Peel off the skin and slice into strips.
