Instructions
- 1 Cut the cauliflower into florets and pulse briefly in a food processor until it resembles coarse cauliflower rice. Work in batches so the texture stays light.
- 2 Dice the carrot and zucchini into small cubes. Finely chop the onion and chop the garlic and parsley.
